I tried many other calcium supplements which are much cheaper than this but they only give me calcium from the lab. So when I tried this, I loved it. I know I am taking something natural ( their calcium is from red algae ) and they add loads of veggies like spirulina…etc. What I great formula!! I am 55 and I take 2 tablets a day which gives me 400 mg. If you are older, take 3 tablets and give you 600mg:)

I agree. This is the best Calcium formula. Take a look at the ingredients. well designed and very green. I took just one per day for 200 mg . Remember to take with food. I am 45 now. I need some calcium to help bone health.

Best calcium I have ever taken. Gentle on stomach and very natural. I took 2 tables which is 400 mg. Sometime I took one and sometimes even 3 depending on my diet on that day. So it works very good for me.
