Shipping Rates and Conditions

Free Shipping:

Free Ship to Canada: with order amount over CAD$50

Free Ship to US: with order amount over US amount equivalent to CAD$50

Economy shipping –  1- 5 business days | with tracking & delivery confirmation | liability coverage up to $100

Ship to USA:

Express shipping – 4- 7 business days  |  with tracking & delivery confirmation | liability coverage up to $100

Currently, we only ship to Canada and US.

Coupon Code:

Please watch out for our coupon code promotion to get a discount at check out that will offset your shipping cost.

Processing Time:

All orders require 1 – 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) of processing time unless otherwise noted. Estimated delivery times listed do not include processing time.

Shipping rates above exclude remote and difficult to serve locations (Customers will be contacted via email if we find that the shipping address is a remote or difficult to serve location. Shipping rates may be adjusted and standard delivery times may not be applicable).

Some locations may take longer to serve such as Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non- standard addresses.

Shipping rates are subject to change. Please always review the shipping rate at time of check out.

Order Delivery Time:

Order are typically processed in 1-3 business days from our warehouse + Estimated delivery time = Total order delivery time.

Estimated delivery times do not apply to remote locations or difficult to serve locations.

Return Policy:

At Veganly, we hope all customers are satisfied with our products and the shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

If you would like to make a return, please email info@www.veganlyvitamins.com with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return and the reason for the return. A member of our Customer Care Department will reach out to you as soon as possible to advise on next steps. Full refund of the product cost will be processed to your original form of payment once the return request is confirmed and the product is received within 30 days of purchase. Customers may return the product(s) using their own preferred shipping method.

Tracking:
If the shipping service that you have chosen includes tracking service, tracking information will be provided via email.
