Compare to other Hair Nail Skin formula in the US and Canada, this is the best. Plant-based, vegan, having enough biotin, VE. Best part is the enhancement of 2 antioxidant superfoods which are very important for skin. To a certain extent, it must be helping anti-aging because of that. Rich in VC from the 2 fruit. I love it. I love it certified vegan too though I am not a vegan yet:)
